Trying to conceive can be one of the most emotionally complex experiences in a woman’s life. It can bring up hope, disappointment, grief, fear, and deep questions about trust in your body and the path ahead.

In our sessions, we slow down and gently explore what is present in your fertility journey so that you can reconnect with your body, process the emotions that arise along the way, and move forward with greater clarity and trust.

My Approach
My work brings together the different practices I have studied and taught over the past decade, including mindfulness meditation, embodiment practices, shamanic journeying, and abdominal therapy.

Together we explore the emotional, physical, and energetic dimensions of fertility in a trauma-informed and compassionate way.

During our sessions we may work with:
• guided meditation and nervous system regulation
• embodiment practices that reconnect you with your body and womb
• processing emotions such as grief, fear, or frustration
• gentle inquiry into what your fertility journey is asking of you

This work is not about forcing pregnancy to happen.

It is about creating the inner conditions where trust, connection, and resilience can grow.

Pregnancy loss support
Pregnancy loss can be one of the most painful and isolating experiences a woman can face.
In our sessions you will have space to acknowledge your loss, express what you are carrying, and gently reconnect with your body at your own pace.

This work honors your grief while helping you find a way to move forward with compassion for yourself and your journey.
